Rules of Non-Professional Furnished Rental

Owner of an accomodation (house, apartment, mobile home), you want to rent it out? Two options will be available to you : empty rental or furnished rental.

When you choose to rent your furnished accomodation, you must meet several legal obligations in order to offer your tenants a suitable living space, including all the furniture and equipment necessary to live in it properly.
 
For your accomodation to be sufficiently equipped in accordance with the law, it must have all the elements of the list below :
 
- Bedding with duvet or blanket
- Shutters or curtains
- Cooking plates
- Microwave oven or oven
- Fridge-freezer
- Crockery and cutlery
- Kitchen tools
- Table and chairs
- Storage shelves
- Lighting fixtures
- Housekeeping equipment
