Indeed, the owners, due to the mobility of their mobile home, are NOT LIABLE for the following taxes:

- Property tax
- Residential tax
- Planning tax
- Audiovisual fee
- Notary fees
It is all these sums of money that will be removed from the various charges that a Non-Professional Landlord of Furnished Accomodation is liable to pay each year (insurance, wintering, land rent, ...).
